• Fast Dispatch: All confirmed orders are packaged and handed over to our logistics partners within 24 hours of order placement.

• Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping applies automatically to all orders with a cart subtotal above ₹500.

  • A standard flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹500.

• Estimated Delivery Timelines: Standard surface transit typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days, depending on recipient pincode, regional transit conditions, or public holidays.

• Tracking Details: As soon as your order is dispatched, tracking details and shipment carrier links are shared via email/SMS.

• Non-Delivery & Doorstep Rejections: It is the customer's legal responsibility to receive the package when attempted by our courier executive. Refused parcels do not entitle the buyer to a cancellation, refund, or freight compensation.
