Return and Refund Policy

At Jaldi Deal, we are committed to offering high-utility products at unbeatable prices through transparent video demonstrations. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

• No-Refund Policy: Once an order is dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled, redirected, or refunded under any circumstances.

• Order Cancellations: Customers may request an order cancellation strictly within 12 hours of order placement by emailing contactjaldideal@gmail.com. Cancellation and refund requests submitted within this 12-hour window are subject to review and will only be initiated if evaluated as valid and satisfactory by our team prior to dispatch.

• Refusal of Delivery (RTO): If a customer refuses to accept a parcel at the doorstep, or if delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or an incorrect shipping address, the transaction will not be eligible for a refund.

• No Standard Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or size/preference exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items (Reshipment Only):

  • If you receive a physically broken, damaged, or completely incorrect product, we will re-ship a brand-new replacement unit at no extra cost. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged shipments.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: A single, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is strictly required as legal proof of transit damage or shipment error. The video must show the shipping label, sealed package, unboxing process, and defect clearly.

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery cannot be verified or honored.
